Cora, The VA will guarantees a loan for certain veterans. I have a student in the M W F class who is a veteran and he mentioned that he could only have one VA guaranteed loan at a time, so this might be a big restriction. The VA guarantee type or specifics depends on the time period that you served in the military. His deal might be different than yours.
Anyone else serve in the military and have this benefit?
