Yes, for our local purposes the assessor's (or Tax District's) estimate of market value is equal to the assessed value. A 100% assessment ratio.
Good website Daniel! Also, you guys might want to check out www.tad.org and www.dcad.ord. You can search property records by property address or owner's name. Assessment records are great for property research (or to check out your neighbor's property without trespassing).
